Gaviota Building Remodel
This Gaviota Building Remodel needed a complete overhaul and that is what Builder Boy did. We brought this out of date building into modern times featuring up-to-date appliances, an open layout, new windows and doors, fresh paint and flooring.
After the renovation was done, we encounter a beautiful building featuring new floors, new paint, new kitchen and bathrooms.

Before the remodel took place this building needed a little TLC in the inside and outside.
The exterior received a new coat of stucco, a fence for security and new paint.
In the interior everything is new.

All the elements came together to transform this building into a modern home with parking lot available and also laundry in the apartments.
